AIDA Natural Skin Care was founded by Tsighe Retta, a nurse with years of clinical experience who became deeply concerned about the harsh chemicals found in commercial soaps and skincare products.

Witnessing firsthand the effects of synthetic ingredients on patients' skin, Tsighe began researching natural alternatives. Drawing from her Ethiopian heritage — where frankincense, myrrh, and pure botanicals have been used for centuries — she started crafting her own formulations.
